Heart Zones Training
Learn how to use your heart rate monitor to achieve
optimum fitness and body composition.
Sub-maximal or maximal (depending on fitness) heart rate test
will provide your predicted maximum heart rate specific to your
sport(s) as well as anaerobic threshold heart rate. Learn how
to use these heart rates to train to achieve optimum fitness, ideal
body composition, improve AT (anaerobic threshold), peak on race
day, off-season to in-season training heart rates, etc.
