plan that best meets the bio-energetics of your sport or fitness

4-Week Nutrition Program
It takes 30 days to
create a new habit.
This
4-Week program will
provide you with:

An individualized 4-Week Menu
plan -
based on your individual goals, lifestyle, food preferences,
etc. Determination of caloric intake will be based on
factors such as weight, lean mass and caloric expenditure during
exercise, sports participation, work, etc.

Analysis and
feedback of food journals,
including caloric intake,
and nutrient intake (carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals,
fats, etc)

Based on
analysis above, vitamin and mineral supplementation may be
needed.

Email
support, once/week phone call and motivation

Delicious
and highly nutritious
recipes

Meet one
day per week to weigh and measure body fat (for personal
training client - immediately prior to workout session)

Performance

If you take your
performance seriously, you would benefit from fine-tuning your
nutrition program. Specific to your individual sport, learn
the optimum nutrient intake (calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats,
supplements, water, sports drinks, etc) with regard to:

Nutrition Informational Seminar
Each 4-Week Session
includes a one
hour nutrition informational seminar. Nutrition seminars
are held once a month at the beginning of each 4-Week Session.
This evening will
educate and inspire you to make the necessary changes to improve
your quality of life and improve your weight loss and performance success.
Free
to all *qualified clients. *Clients must train with Diane a minimum of one day ea week.
