Performance Nutrition Program
Athletes who are serious about their performance would greatly benefit from the Performance Nutrition Program.  This program will provide a customized plan that best meets the bio-energetics of your sport or fitness activity.
  Most importantly, this program will help you select the highest quality foods and supplements, which is the key to optimum health, performance and recovery.

BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program
Following the BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program, you will learn the importance of consuming foods to improve the health of your cells (the fundamental units of life) and achieve optimum health for a lifetime.  If your goal is to lose weight, the average weight loss that occurs on this program is 1 - 2 pounds each week, although some individuals will lose more.  See our Testimonials for achieved results. 


 


Performance Nutrition Program

If you take your performance seriously, you would benefit from fine-tuning your nutrition program.  Specific to your individual sport, learn the optimum nutrient intake (calories, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, supplements, water, sports drinks, etc) for performance and recovery.  Don't take your nutrient intake for granted, sign up today...you'll be so glad you did.

Rates

Option 1 - $75:
Basic Program
Includes:  30-minute interview and body fat test.  Client then receives an individualized sport specific nutrient guide based on training schedule and body composition goals (lose fat, gain muscle or maintenance).  Nutrient guide includes an individualized menu plan with appropriate ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats for optimum performance specific to your sport.  Timing of nutrient intake specific to training/racing schedule.


Option 2 - $200:
8-Week Performance Nutrition Program
Includes: 

  • 30-minute interview and body fat test. 

  • Client then receives an individualized sport specific nutrient guide based on training schedule and body composition goals (lose fat, gain muscle or maintenance).

  • Nutrient guide includes an 8-week individualized menu plan with appropriate ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats for optimum performance specific to your sport. 

  • 8-week on-line nutrition consultation and once/week phone consultation.

  • Meet four times during program to re-test body fat and weight

  • Receive pre-, during, and post-race/event/training nutrient intake counseling

  • Recommended supplementation.

  • Timing of nutrient intake specific to training schedule.



BreakoutFitness 4-Week Nutrition Program

It takes 30 days to create a new habit.  This 4-Week program will provide you with:

  • An individualized 4-Week Menu plan - based on your individual goals, lifestyle, food preferences, etc.  Determination of caloric intake will be based on factors such as weight, lean mass and caloric expenditure during exercise, sports participation, work, etc.

  • Analysis and feedback of food journals, including caloric intake, and nutrient intake (carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, minerals, fats, etc)

  • Based on analysis above, vitamin and mineral supplementation may be needed.

  • Email support, once/week phone call and motivation

  • Delicious and highly nutritious recipes

  • Meet one day per week to weigh and measure body fat (for personal training client - immediately prior to workout session)

Rates:

Discounted rate for personal training clients attending a minimum of one session/wk:  $100/mo.
- Nutrition Program only clients (no personal training): 
$150/mo.
- Subsequent consecutive months of nutrition counseling:  $75/mo.
