This fun, motivating and challenging group training will give you the kick in the pants you may need to take your fitness to a whole new level!! You don't have to be an athlete, but this training is great for runners, cyclists and triathletes. 

 BreakoutFitness will transform you by:

·        Training the body in all three planes of motion.

Studies have shown that strengthening the muscles and ligaments adds stability to a runner’s stride as well as a cyclist's pedal stroke and can reduce risk of injury.
